Good afternoon Baltic Families,
As we approach the end of a great Homecoming week, I wanted to provide you with an update about the parade and pep rally on Friday. We are currently monitoring the weather that seems to be changing by the hour. Currently, the forecast for Friday shows a high percentage of rain and wind at the time the parade and pep rally are scheduled. We are going to continue to monitor that situation to see if the forecast changes to be more favorable for us. Our plans are as follows:
If the weather cooperates
Parade will remain outdoors starting at 1:30 with parade line-up at 1:00
Pep rally will be moved to the high school gym
Please note:
Parents wishing to pick-up their students before the parade OR pep rally need to do so by 1:00
Busses will leave school 20 minutes after the conclusion of the pep rally
If the weather forces cancelation, the following changes will be made:
We will have a "Parade of Grades and Homecoming Court" starting at 2:15 in the school
Pep rally will start approximately at 2:30 in the High School Gym
Parents and community members are welcome to join the Parade and Pep Rally starting at 2:00
Please use either the North entrance (High School Commons) or East High School Entrance
Doors will not be unlocked until 2:00
Businesses that were planning to be in the parade are welcome to set-up a table in the high school commons
We ask that if you are giving out candy, that you do so AFTER the pep rally as students return to their classrooms for dismissal
When will a decision be made:
We will make a final decision by 10:00 AM on Friday morning with the latest weather data.
Thank you to everyone who has helped make this week such a great event for our students! We also thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we move to the last couple of days of the Homecoming week. We look forward to celebrating the end of the week with everyone in one way or another!

Burning of the B will be tomorrow night, 20 minutes after the conclusion of the Varsity match.
Powderpuff has been postponed, and additional details will be sent out at a later date.
The Baltic Athletic Booster Club will hold its next meeting Sunday, September 20 at 6:00 PM in the Baltic School Library.
Did you know? If you have a student-athlete in kindergarten through 12th grade, you are a Booster Club member!
The Booster Club plays an important role in supporting our Bulldog student-athletes and athletic programs throughout the year. We encourage parents to attend, get involved, share ideas, and help us continue creating great opportunities for our students.
