Baltic School District Families,
As we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year, we ask that all families with students in grades (7th through 12th) who may participate in athletics or activities complete the following items.
1. Athletic Registration
Parents should complete the online Athletic Registration for any sports or activities their student may be interested in participating in during the 2026-2027 school year.
Please note: Registering for a sport does not commit your student to participating. This information simply helps our school estimate participation numbers and plan appropriately for each activity.

2. Sports Physical & Concussion Policy Forms
A current Sports Physical and the required Concussion Policy Form must be completed and uploaded during the Athletic Registration process.

3. 2026-2027 Activity Passes
Activity Passes for the 2026-2027 school year will be available for purchase after the July School Board Meeting.
