Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Baltic School District has compiled a comprehensive list of summer activities available for students of all ages. Please find the attached PDF, which you may print for your records. Completed forms, along with payment for selected activities, should be submitted to either school office.
We kindly ask that you complete one form per child in your household. Additionally, please stay in contact with the head coaches or activity advisors, as schedules and details may be subject to change.
We are excited to offer a wide range of events and opportunities throughout the summer and look forward to your child’s participation.
Please note that the Summer Acceleration Program through Orthopedic Institute requires separate online registration and payment at the link provided. If your child is participating in another activity that conflicts with the Orthopedic Institute schedule, please contact Colby Orts at corts@oiperformance.com to coordinate arrangements.
