Dear Parents, Staff, and Community Members,
We have received a few questions regarding the upcoming All-Sport Athletic Banquet and would like to provide some clarification:
1. Student Eligibility
The banquet will recognize all students in grades 7–12 who are rostered on a high school-sanctioned athletic team through the Baltic School District.
This includes any 7th or 8th grade student participating on a JV or Varsity roster (such as softball, golf, volleyball, basketball, eSports, or any other high school-sanctioned activity). These student-athletes will be recognized as part of their respective teams and may receive awards or athletic lettering.
2. Meal RSVP Information
Student-Athletes and Coaches:
There is a separate RSVP form for student-athletes and coaches, as the Athletic Booster Club is generously sponsoring their meals. Parents may complete this form on behalf of their student.
Parents, Staff, and Community Members:
A second RSVP form is available for all other attendees. This form may be completed multiple times if you are registering more than one person. We warmly invite all parents, staff, and community members to attend, even if you do not currently have a student-athlete participating. This event is a great opportunity to celebrate and support our student-athletes and teams for their efforts throughout the 2025–2026 sports season.
