All-School Reunion 2023

Greetings to all Baltic High School alumni, current and former staff, family, and friends.  A group of alumni are planning an all-school Baltic High School reunion for this summer with the main event taking place on Friday, July 7, 2023, in the air-conditioned school commons.  While exact plans are preliminary, there will be a light meal beginning at 5:00 pm for which $10 tickets can be reserved via the link below.  It is preferred that payment for the meal be dropped off at Baltic School or mailed to Baltic All-School Reunion, PO Box 309, Baltic, SD 57003 with checks made out to the Baltic All-School Reunion, but payment may be made at the time of the event, also.  So that the caterer can plan the correct amount of food, the deadline to reserve meal tickets is June 23, 2023.  There will be a limited number of unreserved tickets to purchase at the door, and those without meal tickets are still invited to attend the event.  In addition, there will be an informal program where everyone can share memories or display their talents such as singing or playing an instrument.  Lastly, the old gym and current school facility will be open for walkthroughs from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm that day, and plans for the new high school currently under construction will be available for viewing.  It has been a while since the last all-school reunion, so it is hoped that people will take advantage of this opportunity to reconnect with classmates and take a trip down memory lane.

On the school website is a link where individual classes or spans of classes can post information about activities specific to their graduates, family, and friends.  In addition, information on specific class activities can be posted on the school website All-School Reunion link by anyone willing to be a contact for activities for a specific class.  Please email current Baltic Superintendent Bob Sittig (Class of 74) at Robert.sittig@k12.sd.us with any information you would like posted.  Please be advised that the school district is not responsible for the accuracy of the information posted, and the information must be submitted in copy-and-paste form.

On a separate but related note, the school district is trying to complete its collection of school annuals/yearbooks, so if you have any yearbooks you would be willing to donate to the school, send them to the school or bring them to the reunion.

Hope to see you on July 7th!
