Make Your Career "Making a Difference"

With more than 500 students, there’s an opportunity for everyone to find their place in BHS. We are proud of the achievements we’ve made and the ambitions we have to continue improving public education, and although the work is big, no job is too small to make it count. Our roles may vary, but one thing is always the same – our shared passion to have a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. While our team members come from different backgrounds, we all came here for the same reasons and if you ask around, it’s also why we stay.

Our vision is clear, to "Prepare all students to be successful in life". We are passionate about having a meaningful impact and know the work we do today is building a better tomorrow. For us, it’s more than just a job. It’s a commitment to our kids and it drives us.

Submit your resume and Baltic School District Non-Teaching Application accessible on the school website at www.balticschool.org under the Central Administration tab (or by request) to

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers who have regular unsupervised direct student responsibilities two or more times a year must be officially approved by the school district.

Following is the part of our policy that addresses how background checks work.

"A prospective employee or volunteer shall pay any fees charged for the cost of fingerprinting or the criminal background investigation for any person whose employment with the District or status as a volunteer who has been approved by the District to have regular unsupervised direct student responsibilities two or more times in a school year is subject to the requirements of this section. The District will reimburse the employee or volunteer for the cost of fingerprinting or the criminal background investigation once it is determined that no disqualifying record exists that would prohibit the person from working in the District as an employee or volunteer."

If you are interested in volunteering with the Baltic School District, please contact:
