The Technology Department is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all academic, library/media and administrative technologies in the district. Technology integration is the cornerstone of the district's effort to ensure all students achieve

WebMail - A new web-based e-mail system has been implemented allowing for better management of mail services and improved account access for staff. The system allows access to email accounts from any computer with an internet connection including home computers. Web-based mail also allows for quicker creation of new accounts since account setup is no longer necessary on individual computers.

Elementary - 1st – 5th is all Google, Docs, but the entire Suite is available for their use, most are not applicable to that age group. The rest is all web-based:

Website - In an effort to automate processes that can be time consuming to both parents and staff, the Baltic School's District Website is being utilized to facilitate these processes with online forms and databases.

Through secure internet connections, parents are able to:

  • register for email, texts and voicemail notices from school

  • enroll new students

  • enroll existing students and update household information and emergency contacts

  • register for parent portal

  • register for sports and activities

  • upload yearly athletic physicals

  • contact teachers and administration via on-line forms and email links

  • access school related forms and policies for parents and guardians

Administrators and teachers are able to:

  • register for staff webmail accounts

  • request for Transportation/Approval

  • submit technical support requests

  • submit facility maintenance requests

  • access school related forms, and policies for staff

  • ICU Database (homework past due)
