The Baltic School District will be making room in their educational filing systems by destroying old education records, including special education records. It is Baltic School District’s policy to hold onto educational records and files for 7 years past a student’s anticipated graduation date. Therefore, all educational files of students who graduated, or would have graduated, in 2012 or prior and who also attended Baltic School District during all or part of their public education experience will be destroyed after October 15, 2019. Any person wishing to request their educational records from Baltic School District instead of allowing them to be destroyed should contact Baltic School District by October 15, 2019.
