ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL/SPED DIRECTOR
Rhonda Gross began her career in education 33 years ago when she began teaching high school social studies in Chamberlain. After 16 years there, she moved to Madison where she served their district (as well as Oldham-Ramona and Rutland) as a 21st Century CCLC before and after school program project director for two years. Most recently, Rhonda has led the Arlington School District as K-12 principal for the last 16 years. Her decisions are driven by one thought: doing what is best for students. Rhonda is excited to join the Baltic system as elementary principal where she is looking forward to building new relationships and learning more about how to help kids find success in school.
Rhonda resides in Brandon, SD with her husband Sherwood and her daughter Chloe. Her daughter Lanny and husband Tanner live in Sioux Falls. Her youngest daughter, Noele is a graduate student at USD.
Welcome to Baltic School District!
